How can I contact Ohomewares?

You can send us an email through the Contact Us page. In general, we will reply your enquiries within 48 hours. If you would like to view our products at our warehouse, please let us know in advance so we can make sure the products you are interested in are on display when you arrive.

Will I be contacted via email?

Most of our communications with you will be made through emails.

What forms of payment are accepted by Ohomewares?

We accept Visa and MasterCard&Paypal. We cannot accept C.O.D. orders.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notifying you that your order has been shipped. You will receive a consgnment number for your parcel.

How will my order be delivered and how long will it take?

Generally orders are shipped within 24 hours from Monday to Friday by Australian Post or Couriers Please Freight depending on the items purchased.

Depending upon where you are located, you will receive your order within 3 to 7 working days after shipment.

What happens if I am not home when the order is delivered?

If you are not home when Australian Post delivers your goods, the postman will leave a notice card in your mailbox. You can then take the notice card and a photo ID to your nearest post office to pick up the goods. The Same will be for Couriers Please.

What do I do if the delivery does not arrive in the expected time frame?

You can track your order online using the tracking number provided to you in the shipment confirmation email we send to you. If you are not able to track your order online, please send us an email via the Contact Us page with your order number so we can check it for you. It usually takes 3 to 7 business days for your goods to arrive after the date of shipment, depending on where you live.

Can I have the order delivered to a PO Box address?

We cannot deliver goods to a PO Box address.

How much will it cost to get my order delivered?

Postage is FREE for all orders throughout Australia. But International costs do apply.
